This year’s full marathon starts in Wrightsville Beach and heads straight towards downtown Wilmington. As well as being a qualifying race, this run is also a popular one with veterans and first-time half marathoners alike. Known for the flat terrain, this is a fun, fast destination to destination race. (Event registration) There is also a Half Marathon, Marathon Relay, 5k and 1 mile event all being run as part of this large annual event.
